Completed in 1990, Rosehill house is sited on 1.6 acres of rocky woodland. Well insulated and vapor protected, the numerous awning windows allow for open windows without concern for rain. The house is served by our own well water, believed to be the same source as the local Mount Desert Spring Water source on nearby Seal Cove Road. We have plenty of open space in front of the house to turn around, park your boat, or catch a frisbee. Thanks to insulation and construction methods, this house provides a truly quiet sleep.
